Terms and Conditions for PLR. Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, upon purchase of Private Label Rights upgrade when purchased in accordance with the Faceless Reels Vault, Shauna Metcalf hereby grants you Private Label Rights, which grants you the rights to modify, claim authorship of, and resell this product for 100% of the profits. If reselling this as a bundle with PLR attached, the recommended resale price is $47+. If selling the items separately or without PLR license you may price the items as you see fit.

When you purchase the Private Label Rights license, you are granted the following rights:Modification: You can modify, edit, rebrand, and customize the Faceless Reels Vault.

Sales: You can sell an unlimited amount of the videos under your name and branding. You may not give these away for free or as a lead magnet. No Attribution: You are not required to attribute anyone when using this ebook after it has been modified. Usage Guidelines: You can not claim copyright or use my branding (example: you must remove my name, email, social media handles, profile picture, etc) in your modified version . You cannot resell the original template that I provided. (Must be edited) Resale of PLR Rights: You are allowed to sell or transfer the PLR rights themselves to your customers if you wish but it is NOT required to do so.

Additional Rights Include: the right to add this product to a membership site or bundle within a package; the right to create audio or video products using this product; the right to change sales page and/or graphics; the right to break up the product into separate sections; the right to add or remove content to the product; the right to put your name on it; the right to edit or create your own covers for the product; the right to give away, sell, or transfer the Private Label Rights to any third party. We also ask for you to refrain from using our promotional images, as well as copy and pasting our product description. Instead, we encourage you to create your own description of the product, and use your own ads. Making a few adjustments to personalize the product is always a smart choice when rebranding for resale. All Content NOT included within the Faceless Reels Vault, including graphics, descriptions, and social media content and videos relating to the product, are copyrighted unless otherwise noted and are the property of the Company and/or a supplier to the Company. No such materials may be used except as provided in these Terms of Use.
